Co-Curricular activities

All students at SSC participate in a half an hour of yoga each week. This is part of our holistic approach towards building a healthy body and mind through increased body awareness, balance, and coordination. The benefits of yoga are widely accepted and research shows that yoga not only assist in assists in neuromuscular-development it also develops core strength, essential for good posture and correct physical alignment. Through yoga students improve their mind/body connection, learn to lead fit and healthy lifestyle and have a overall sense of well-being.

Sport is an important part of SSC. We believe in students participating in a full range of sporting activities at all levels of ability so they learn to extend themselves through personal fitness and teamwork while developing a strong sense of sportsmanship and fair play.
